When you walk by faith, you do not focus on what you see because they are temporary. Instead, focus on the things you do not see, as they are eternal. Call those things that are not as though they were and your faith will be strengthened. You will experience the supernatural and the miraculous.
Instead of bleak unbelief, choose to open your heart and mind to have faith in God, as He has revealed Himself through His Son, Jesus Christ. As we move along on our earthly pilgrimage, we don’t need to stumble in the darkness of unbelief. Instead we can walk confidently with God, not going ahead of Him. The human part is to do whatever God has asked us to do, and God will do His own part.
You will find His blessings all out-poured, if you obey and do your part. Each of us comes to Jesus at a different level of spiritual understanding and Jesus extends His welcome to all who respond to His Word. The Saviour is approachable and His invitation is open to everyone. Those closest to us are watching our response to God through times of testing and blessing. They are watching our walk with God and see if we are living in faith and obedience.
The Word of God says in Psalm 32:8, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.” It is only human to want to know where you are going or what you are getting into. But when you determine to walk with God, by faith, He will inform you on a daily basis. When you follow Him, you do it, not knowing where the Lord leads you, but believing what He has promised. And also being confident that no matter how He does it or how long it takes, He will keep to His promise. Alleluia!
Being in God’s will does not exempt you from problems, but you can be “confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 1:6. God knows every step of your journey, the blessings, the dangers and the best path to take. He never intended you to figure out the steps without Him. Your responsibility is to seek His guidance and obey His instructions.
Your job is to trust God with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. His job is to set your paths straight and lead you by the hand. There is no requirement for you to figure anything out. Just walk with God, by faith and not by sight, and He will never lead you astray. PEACE
PRAYER OF SALVATION
If you have not already committed your life to Jesus and you would like to do so now, please pray this prayer:
“Lord Jesus, I am sorry for all the things I have done wrong. Thank you for dying for me on the cross, to set me free from my sins. I ask you to come into my life as my personal Lord and Saviour, and fill me with the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord Jesus. Amen.”
Congratulations, if you have prayed this prayer. Please look for a Bible-believing church, to fellowship with the brethren. Please do not hesitate to contact me, if I can be of any assistance to you. Remain blessed and enjoy the presence of the Lord.
