Noah also found favour in the eyes of God when HE decided to wipe mankind from the face of the earth because of man’s wickedness. But the Lord decided to save Noah, his wife, his three sons and their wives. He told Noah to build an ark in which they could stay during the great flood. Noah acted by faith and built the ark and God showed him and his family divine favour.
If you choose to keep the covenant of God, He will look on you with divine favour and you will be fruitful. The favour of the Lord will rest upon you and establish the work of your hands. Mary, the mother of our Lord Jesus Christ, found favour in the eyes of the Lord, when she agreed to be the mother of the Messiah. She was honoured and her response fully honoured God. Mary was blessed and highly favoured in the eyes of God and in the eyes of men.
God’s Word says in Proverbs 12:2, “A good man obtains favour from the Lord, but the Lord condemns a crafty man”. God’s grace will enable you to do great things, which would not have been possible, if not for the Lord. You will obtain grace and favour in the sight of God if you decide to step out in faith and follow His leadership. But if you decide to do things in your own strength, then you will struggle; and God does not want this for you.
God will always make a way for you to do that which you have stepped out to do. When God approves of you, people will start to favour you. They will not be able to explain the reasons behind the favour shown to you. The Lord will surround you with His favour and bless you always.
Child of God, I encourage you to be in the will of God for your life and His favour will be your portion. When you stand upon His Word, ask for His favour, expect it and walk in it, for His own glory. Let His grace be sufficient for you always. Be grateful and thank God for His favour, always. Appreciate and celebrate HIM at all times. God’s favour, anointing and strength will be upon your life. Enjoy His favour and blessings, always.
PRAYER OF SALVATION
If you have not already committed your life to Jesus and you would like to do so now, please pray this prayer:
“Lord Jesus, I am sorry for all the things I have done wrong. Thank you for dying for me on the cross, to set me free from my sins. I ask you to come into my life as my personal Lord and Saviour, and fill me with the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord Jesus. Amen.”
Congratulations, if you have prayed this prayer. Please look for a Bible-believing church, to fellowship with the brethren. Please do not hesitate to contact me, if I can be of any assistance to you. Remain blessed and enjoy the presence of the Lord.
