Fret Not Because God Is With You-Part 1

Posted by admin on Nov 9th, 2011

Beloved, the plan of God for your life is to trust Him completely and not fret. When you fret, you become worried, anxious and you make a “down payment” for something that may not even happen. By doing this, you demonstrate that God is not able and this is an insult to the Almighty God, the Creator of the whole universe.

Fretting makes you become peevish, irritable and impatient; God does not want you to live that way. He wants you to live the abundant spiritual life that Jesus died on the cross to give you. You must not let the precious price that Jesus paid for you to go to waste!

The Word of God tells us in Psalm 37:1-4, “Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of those who do wrong; for like the grass they will soon wither, like green plants they will soon die away. Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.”

When you have tenacious faith in God’s presence, protection, power and promises, all your worries will be conquered. Let your faith overcome your worry and God will turn your worry into worship, for His glory. Fear, which is the opposite of faith, plays a big part in worry and anxiety.

The Lord wants you to cast all your cares, fears and anxieties onto Him and He will take perfect control and give you rest. You can face any fear when you know that the Lord is with you. You can doubt your own abilities and potential, but never doubt what God can do with you when you trust and obey Him fully.

Child of God, be encouraged and believe that God will give you the strength you need for this journey of life. So you do not need to fret. Just relax and believe that God is at work in your life. He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you and you will not suffer shame. AMEN

PRAYER OF SALVATION

If you have not already committed your life to Jesus and you would like to do so now, please pray this prayer:

“Lord Jesus, I am sorry for all the things I have done wrong. Thank you for dying for me on the cross, to set me free from my sins. I ask you to come into my life as my personal Lord and Saviour, and fill me with the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord Jesus. Amen.”

Congratulations, if you have prayed this prayer. Please look for a Bible-believing church, to fellowship with the brethren. Please do not hesitate to contact me, if I can be of any assistance to you. Remain blessed and enjoy the presence of the Lord.

Fret Not Because God Is With You-Part 2

Posted by admin on Nov 9th, 2011

Beloved, if you believe that Jesus lives in you, you don’t need to fret about anything. If you find yourself in a crisis of circumstances, you need to trust God for guidance. He is sovereign over changing circumstances and He will guide you all the way.

Have peace and rest in the Lord always instead of fretting, and He will deliver, according to His promises. The Almighty God has promised never to leave nor forsake us and we need to thank Him daily for this great promise. If we trust Him completely, we will dwell safely and nothing shall make us fret, because God is with us.

We need to take authority over the things that have filled us with worry and use the powerful Word of God as our weapon. Once you stand upon the immutable Word of God, you need to reject the interference of fretting, in Jesus’ matchless name. Choose to believe in God’s Word and stand firmly on His promises, which are “Yes in Christ.”  2 Corinthians 1:20b

Beloved, I want you to know that fretting is a lack of trust in God and it is a great insult to Him. Put your weight on God and He will never disappoint you. You will be amazed at the wonders and miracles He will perform in your life. Fretting will not solve any problem but when you trust God completely, He will show up and give you success.

Child of God, be encouraged and believe that God will give you the strength you need for this journey of life. So, you do not need to fret. Just relax and believe that God is at work in your life. He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you and you will not suffer shame. Be rest assured that God is working in the background and have a holy expectancy. Receive all that He has prepared for you, thank, praise, and worship HIM for His goodness and faithfulness.  PEACE

Have Great Faith In God – Part 1

Posted by admin on Sep 28th, 2011

Great faith is trusting God completely, without a shadow of doubt, that He will do what He has already promised through His Word. It is God-kind of faith, having total confidence and a strong conviction that He will never fail you, as you trust in Him.

Our faith in God should make us a better person, for His glory. The bible tells us about the story of a synagogue ruler, named Jairus. He came to Jesus, trusting Him that He could save his dying daughter. Jairus “pleaded earnestly with Jesus, “My little daughter is dying. Please come and put your hands on her so that she will be healed and live.” So Jesus went with him.” Mark 5:23-24.

But when Jesus was going with Jairus, a large crowd followed and thronged behind. In the crowd was a woman who had been sick for twelve years with an issue of blood. She had suffered much from many doctors through the years and had become poor from paying them. She was no better but, in fact, was worse, after paying a lot of money to doctors.

This woman had heard all about the wonderful miracles Jesus did and that was why she came behind Him, through the crowd. She put her great faith into action there and then. She thought to herself, “If I just touch His clothes, I will be healed.” Immediately, her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering.” Mark 5:28-29

Jesus realised, at once, that power had gone out of Him, so “He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?” Mark 5:30. Jesus’ disciples were baffled and said that the crowd were pressing around Him and He was asking who touched Him. But Jesus knew for sure that virtue had gone out of Him and He kept on looking around to see who had touched Him.

“ Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell at His feet and trembling with fear, told Him the whole truth. He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.” Mark 5:33-34.

What a great faith this woman had! She acted quickly and because of her unwavering faith, she received her healing and was made whole. She did not have to pay for this healing as she had been paying the doctors for twelve years, with no improvement. She trusted Jesus completely and she received a great miracle. She understood that faith is “now” and not later.

Child of God, whatever “issue” you may have, I encourage you to have great faith in God and you will not be disappointed. You will be amazed at the wonderful miracles coming your way, for the glory of God. Put your faith into action now and God will honour your faith.   PEACE

Have Great Faith In God – Part 2

Posted by admin on Sep 28th, 2011

Great faith is also the confident assurance that something we want is going to happen, irrespective of all the circumstances surrounding us. It is the certainty that what we hope for is waiting for us, even though we cannot set it up ahead.

In continuation from part 1, while Jesus was still talking to the woman who was healed from the issue of blood, some messengers arrived from Jairus’ house, with the news that it was too late for his daughter. They told him that his daughter was dead and there was no point in Jesus coming now.

But Jesus ignored their comments and said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid; just believe.” Mark 5:36 Then Jesus stopped the crowd and would not let anyone go on with Him to Jairus’ home, except Peter, James and John. He did this because of the unbelief of the people around. When they arrived, Jesus saw that there was great confusion, commotion, unrestrained weeping and wailing. Unbelief is a great enemy and we should not allow it to interfere with our breakthrough miracles.

Jesus went inside the house and spoke to the people, “Why all this commotion and wailing? The child is not dead but asleep. But they have laughed at Him.” Mark 5:39-40. Then Jesus told all the unbelieving people to leave, and taking the little girl’s father, mother and His three disciples, He went into the room where she was lying.

Jesus “took her by the hand, and said to her, “Talitha Koum” (Which means, “Little girl, I say to you, get up”) Immediately the girl stood up and walked around. (She was twelve years old). At this, they were completely astonished.” Mark 5:41-42. This great miracle took place because Jairus decided to take Jesus’ advice about believing and having faith. He trusted Jesus from that moment and allowed Him to raise his daughter from the dead.

Jairus’ faith was wavering when the messengers told him that his daughter was dead. But his faith came alive and rose to higher level when Jesus encouraged him to just believe. I am sure his faith became great after his daughter was raised from the dead.

Child of God, I encourage you to have great faith in God. Your miracle is in your hands if you believe God, without a shadow of doubt, and trust Him completely. He will definitely do what He has promised if you honour Him with your faith. Only believe and God will do the supernatural and the miraculous in your life.   PEACE

Have Great faith In God – Part 3

Posted by admin on Sep 28th, 2011

Great faith, which is God-kind of faith, looks across the storm and it does not doubt. It does not question “why”, but trusts in the Almighty God. Beloved, keep your eyes on Jesus and you will soon lose sight of your fears. Faith is the opposite of fear and as you exercise your faith in God, fear will have no leg to stand on.

The bible tells us in Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” Please make note of the word “now”.  Faith is “now” and you need to believe God, put your faith into action and receive your miracle. We also need to let our faith be so real and alive that we are unable to stay quiet about it.

Child of God, always have the confident assurance that something you want and have asked God for, is going to happen. The Almighty God is in the background, working things out for your good. Even though you cannot see it ahead, wait for it and receive it by faith.

If you can have faith in a chair when you sit on it and believe that the chair will hold you, how much more having faith in the Almighty God that He will not fail you. He is a good God and He will never forsake you nor disappoint you. Faith is one of the most common elements in our existence and without it, we would cease to function effectively.

Beloved, I encourage you to make sure that your faith is based on Christ and ask God to help your faith grow on a daily basis. The bible tells us about the story of a fig tree which Jesus cursed because there was no fruit on it. The tree withered immediately from the roots. The disciples noticed this the following day and pointed this out to Jesus.

Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, “go, throw yourself into the sea,” and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Mark 11:22-24.

Wow! What a great promise! All you need is your great faith in God and the deal will be completed. Yes, child of God, you can speak to every mountain or challenges in your life, and they will obey you, in Jesus’ wonderful name. Be encouraged and put your great faith to work and you will be mightily blessed.          PEACE

PRAYER OF SALVATION

If you have not already committed your life to Jesus and you would like to do so now, please pray this prayer:

Have Great faith In God – Part 4

Posted by admin on Sep 28th, 2011

Great faith requires complete trust in God and believing that He will do what His Word says. Also, with great faith, believe that you receive once you have prayed in the name of Jesus. Have a holy expectancy that you receive and believe that God’s Word is working in every situation of your life.

When we demonstrate great faith in God, it honours Him and brings glory to Him. The bible tells us about the story of a centurion whose servant boy was in bed, paralysed, and racked with pain. The centurion, who lived in Capernaum, asked Jesus for help. Jesus agreed to go and heal the boy in the centurion’s house.

But “The centurion replied, “Lord, I do not deserve to have you under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, “Go,” and he goes; and that one, “Come,” and he comes. I say to my servant, “Do this,” and he does it.” Matthew 8:8-10.

Wow! What a demonstration of great faith in God!!! “When Jesus heard this, He was astonished and said to those following him, “I tell you the truth, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith.” Matthew 8:10. “Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! It will be done just as you believed it would. And his servant boy was healed at that very hour.” Matthew 8:13

Jesus was really amazed at the great faith the centurion had. You can walk through the darkest trials if you walk with God with great faith under your beltThe centurion believed that the Word of God has the ultimate power and he only wanted Jesus to speak the Word. Once Jesus sent the Word forth, the centurion’s servant was healed.

God knows what is ahead of you and He will see you through every trial, if you trust Him totally. He is interested in everything you go through and He just wants you to put your complete trust in Him.

Child of God, I encourage you to have great faith in God. Your miracle is in your hands if you believe God, without a shadow of doubt, and trust Him completely. He will definitely do what He has promised if you honour Him with your faith. Only believe and God will do the supernatural and the miraculous in your life.       PEACE

Have Great faith In God – Part 5

Posted by admin on Sep 28th, 2011

Beloved, I want you to know that it is a complete waste of time to pray to God, without great faith in our hands. “And without faith, it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6

When you earnestly seek God, you are sincere in your attitude and intention, with great faith as the main ingredient. Anyone who comes to God for help must believe that He is real, alive and is more than able to deliver what he or she trusts Him for. If you stay connected to the Word of God, your faith will grow and you will receive from God.

With great faith in your portfolio, you can speak a change to the mountain of challenges in your life and command them to bow to the Word of God. Also, you can declare, by faith, that the things you hope for will come to pass in Jesus’ exalted name. There is power in the name of Jesus and He has given us the authority to use His name, when we pray to our Heavenly Father.

Child of God, pray always that your faith will grow and increase in the capacity to deliver. Pray also that every trial you face will result in the strengthening of your faith, in Jesus’ matchless name. Do not let fear take the hold of you as the enemy uses fear to destabilize the children of God. Do not allow this to happen, but stand firm with the Word of God.

Beloved, be encouraged in your spiritual walk with God as He is with you always. Have great faith in Him and you will enjoy His blessings. If you honour God with your faith, He will honour your faith and meet you at your point of need.

Always remember that without faith, no one can please God. I encourage you to believe that He is real, alive and mighty to deliver. He has got the ultimate power and there is nothing impossible for Him to do, if you believe in Him without a shadow of doubt. He can bring a turnaround in every negative situation that you may find yourself in.

A life of faith is a life of being carried, but not necessarily on a bed of ease. Yes, we will face challenges along the way, but God expects us to trust Him completely and He will show up, for His own glory. Challenges make us grow spiritually and move us closer to God. All we need is great faith in the Almighty God, at all times.    PEACE

Let God Lead You All The Way – Part 1

Posted by admin on Sep 6th, 2011

Beloved, let God lead you and let Him go first to direct and guide you in all that you do. When you do this, you will never go wrong in life, as God will be in the driver seat of your life all the way.

The Word of God says in Proverbs 19:21, “Many are the plans of a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” Even though your plans may be imperfect, if your heart is right, God will make things turn out for your good and for His glory. He has already told us in His Word, “In all things, God works for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

We all struggle with sorting out our ideas from His ideas. But if we listen to the Almighty God, He has promised “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.” Psalm 32:8. Wow! What a great promise! We should be thankful that we are under His leadership and trust Him all the way.

The Almighty God will definitely instruct and guide you along the best pathway for your life. He will advise you and watch your progress all the way. Sometimes, our ideas go away but God’s direction stays with us and this is very important. His direction is normally impossible to follow without Him. Hence, we must not to rush ahead of Him because this will be very unwise.

Our Lord Jesus Christ says in John 15:5, “I am the Vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” You need to learn how to relax in His presence and let Him lead you according to His plan and purposes for your life.

Child of God, I encourage you to allow God to lead you in everything you do. As you cannot do anything in your own strength, it is best for God to lead you. Let Him lead you in His righteousness and He will make straight your way before Him. His directions will be very clear to you and you will never be disappointed nor put to shame. PEACE!

Let God Lead You All The Way – Part 2

Posted by admin on Sep 6th, 2011

When God leads and guides us, He works in ways we cannot predict, because His ways are not our ways and our ways are not His ways. The bible tells us in Proverbs 16:9, “in his heart a man plans a course, but the Lord determines his steps.”

When we face a disappointment in our day, we should look not just what we think we want, but also for what God has for us that day. His loving Hand will work things out for our good, for His own glory. God is always behind the scenes and He controls the scenes Himself.

Sometimes, we experience delays, changes of plans and redirections, and we treat them as intrusions. When this happens, it could be that God is steering us to another direction so that we can do something different or new for Him. We find a good example of this in Apostle Paul when he was going to Philippi, with his companions.

The bible tells us about Paul’s experience in Acts 16:9-10, “During the night, Paul had a vision of a man of Macedonia standing and begging him. “Come over to Macedonia and help us.” After Paul had seen the vision, we got ready at once to leave for Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel to them.”

Paul did not know that he would end up in prison there. Yet, God orchestrated that trip to jail, because He used Paul to bring salvation to a jailer and his family. Praise God!!! The Almighty God can use inconveniences in our lives if we look at them as divine appointments. He can turn obstacles into opportunities, for His own glory.

If you submit yourself to God and let Him lead you in the way you should go, you will have no regrets at all. Instead, you will have inner peace and rest; as you will be completely in the Hands of God and He will not drop you. God’s ways are just; they are right, holy and they are very safe.

PEACE!

Let God Lead You All The Way – Part 3

Posted by admin on Sep 6th, 2011

If you acknowledge God in all your ways, He will direct your path always. If you put Him first in everything you do, He will direct you and crown all your efforts with great success, for His glory. He holds your future and He will hold your hand all the way.

With God, things don’t just happen because everything by Him is planned. He is the Master Planner of your life. Wherever you are and whatever spiritual battle you may face, have the confidence that God is with you. He will guide you, protect and lead you as He watches over you. You will always find safety in the presence of God, if you hang out with Him.

While it is wise to plan for the future, we must do so with the recognition that God’s plans might be different from ours. Apostle James advised us to flex to God’s directions in our lives. James tells us, “Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.” James 4:15

God leads us step by step and directs our way until our path unfolds. You don’t need to know where you are going if you know and fully believe that God is leading you all the way.

The bible tells us in Genesis 12:1, “The Lord told Abram, “Leave your country, your people and your father’s household and go to the land I will show you.” Abram obeyed God fully, not knowing where He was going. But He trusted God completely and He was not disappointed. He became the father of many nations and was very fruitful, for the glory of God.

In order for God to lead you all the way, He needs your total obedience and trust, for the deal to be completed. Ask the Lord to keep you from doubt so that you can go the way He is showing you. When you let God lead you the way you should go, you will be leading a life of complete obedience. This may not be easy, but God will give you grace and you will be mightily blessed.

PEACE!
